Our Pricing
We believe that it’s important to be open about our fees from the outset. You won't find us trying to hide our prices from our customers, or adding on surprise costs later down the line. We’re proud of our flexible options and our low prices.
Management Options
We have several options, so you can choose the package that's right for you. If you'd prefer total peace of mind and have us take care of everything for you, we have our Full Management service. If you would prefer for us to find the tenant and take the monthly rental payments, you can choose the Rent Collection package or if you'd rather we only find the tenant and introduce them to you to take care of everything, then we have the Tenant Find service.
Tenant Find
+VAT
A one off fee taken at the beginning of the tenancy - Once the tenant has moved in, all further contact would be between tenant and landlord with regard to maintenence and rent is paid directly.
Rent Collection
monthly rent
This is taken on a monthly basis as we receive the rent.
Full Management
monthly rent
This is taken on a monthly basis as we receive the rent. Rent is paid into our account and we handle all aspects of the tenancy.
